Tops Bent Over/Down

Ok so I'm hoping this is a temporary thing and not a major problem....

I had six plants in a DIY Aeroponic system, grown from seeds so they were in Starter Plugs, inside Net Pots with Hydroton

So...I wanted to transfer them into Pots with the bottoms cut out and Neopprene discs to hold them secure

I did this because I didn't want to deal with the Plugs any more, but I found that untangleing the roots and removing the Plugs a bit hard to do...

Nevertheless - I put them in the new pots with Neoprene and no Hydroton, to make sure the roots were sufficiently watered

I did all this yesterday

Today, two of my plants are bent over at the top

In other words, its as if someone took the top of the plant and bent it down

Now I'm hoping that they're freaking out a bit from getting man handled, but I dont know if they are damaged or dead....

Anyone have this happen before?

Please tell me this is minor....or else I will break down and cry....

Without seeing pictures, it seems like they may be suffering from root shock. Give them a couple of days to recover, and go easy on the nutes until they do.

No, just reduce the PPMs a good bit. If you go with straight water, you're likely to do even more damage to the root system from osmotic shock.
