Tops finnished but?

The bottoms arent. What can be done about this?

My top buds are cloudy and purple but my lower buds are clear and green. Im running 1k in soil. Any ideas? Need more info just ask!

That's just the way it is. The tops always finish first. You can just harvest each bud as they're ripe, or, if you need the space for your next crop, the bottom buds will just be harvested a little early. When I'm growing outside, I harvest buds as they finish. Indoors, I harvest everything at once, looking for a happy medium, because I want the space for my next crop.

Yea, im thinking of doing a staggered harvest but am running out of room real quick...
