Tops of branches bending over

When I checked the plants this morning, the tops of branches were bending over. What would cause this to happen? I water twice a week at most. The plants are about 2 feet tall and into their 2nd week of flowering. Maybe I gave them too much water when they were watered yesterday? Before they were watered, the leaves were beginning to droop because they needed to be watered.

Just looks like natural new growth to me, it should perk up as the stem strengthens. Do you blow a fan over it?

Yes, there's a fan blowing gently over it. But yesterday the branches were perfectly erect.
