This just seems dumb and not normal. The tops of my colas are dry and crispy.. my light was not that close to them trust me.. i moved it up yesterday almost a foot just to see if it would fix the problem. And nope today they are even dryer..

Humidity varies between 35% and 55% or around there.

I dont know what to do.. and its kind of freakin me out I can actually hear a crispy sound when i touch the tops... and its only on 2 of the 4 plants this is happening to... if I go about 6 inches down the cola the buds are dripping wet sticky.

wtf is going on?

do you have any pics?
are the two plants that are doing this different strains than the others?
are the two plants showing any other signs other than crispy buds?

That same thing is happening to me as well. I chalked it up to me burnin them then locking out sulphur and maganese turned all the top leaves spotted then yellow then crispy I got 12 days left hope they are gonna make it. I flushed and everything when it started just kept going down hill. If it looks like those pics I would trim that part out so it doesn't spread maybe bud rot in a small form

Stay green:leaf:

It could be Bud Rot mold.

Sometimes they go bad inside near the stem and you cant see it.

The outside will start to dry out like you observed. You have to bend the bud to check inside and see if its infected.

I have ONLY been using 1.5 teaspoons of bigbloom since i started flowering. i JUST recently added tigerbloom in, the plants were def deficient.. so hopfully that fixes the problem.

Theres no rotting or anything goin on from the looks.. Although the top fan leaves are yellowing/spotting... preetty bad on the fan leafs.

ps: and mollasses since about 2.5 weeks ago.
