Total Newb Ready For action Need advice

I have the xl growtent think its 4x4x7, 1000w hps with air cooled hood, i guess a t5 fixture with 8 bulbs, i have the botanicare turbogarden system, 4x4 flood table , got my chronic from serious seeds and alot of space the ceiling is about 8ft. And the basement has a air duct going straight outside.

I know im new to this and this takes time and practice but i've been reading up on this for years and just found the perfect spot to do it. Im looking to get the highest yield possible what would be the best way to do it. I want to use the tent for my veg/clone room. What size rez would i need for the flood table and how often should i flood and drain.

Basically asking would you do with this?? how many plants ect....

Is this your first grow? First thing I would recommend is practice. I would hate to see you plant all your seeds and end up fucking them all up. Try growing one plant and practice cloning it a couple times then maybe flower those clones and see how you do. There are a lot of potential problems that can occur during all the phases of plant life. Practice makes perfect bud!

This is the first large scale grow im trying. I've cloned before and grew plants out just not on this scale

Anyone? Do i need more or something is that why the no posts?

How about 50 ish clones vegged 2-4 weeks in 4" rockwool cubes and coco mats in the tray. That's what I would shoot for.

Oh with this setup and a 1000w I would guess you would need to water once every other day while they're smaller and maybe 2 or 3 times a day when their in full flower, just taking some guesses, observe your conditions and adjust appropriately.

I'd use a 30-50 gal rez if I were u.
