Town park is risky as fuck mate.
Yeh you may not get caught, but your plant will either be dug up by kids thinking they can smoke it cus it smells nice, or taken by a gardener.
Try a forest.
and if you've really set your mind to it, use other plants for coverage. Some nice green hedge or something, may an opening in the middle of it.
Not sure how your gonna check on it and stuff without look suspicious but yu know. I wouldn't bother but its your call bro.

who knows will they smoke it? who knows? will they dig it up and grow it? or will tpalm grow a big ass fat monster tree and yeild pounds and pounds in a park? who knows?
