Yea I wouldn't go over an 1/8th for your first time. Trust me you'll be more then happy with an 1/8th. If you really want to see tracers, trails, and visuals you may want to look into using a MAOI like Black Currant Juice. For me it's the only way to get good visuals with mushrooms. It also helps prolong the trip. To be honest though I prefer acid over shrooms any day.Alright I've decided to go on a magical quest for shroomsI'll probably get some for next friday. I don't remember the exact weight, nor can I really give a VERY accurate description of how much I ate. I saw trails for less than 10 minutes (if I had to try to remember), and I mean, I lived and didn't get sick...I couldn't have had that much.

Dont take more than an 1/8 for your first time with booms, it might be too powerful. I would say try half an 1/8 and work your way up to an 1/8.
Especially if you just want tracers and the little things, if you take an 1/8 you might be in the deep end for a little while.
Oh and yeah you can blaze while tripping, it pretty much just heightens the trip and you'll probably laugh more. As said before, I recommend tripping outside on a nice day in a place you like and looks cool, like a beach or even just in the woods. I would avoid indoors, especially nighttime.... my friends and I made that mistake a little while ago and when my friends little brother was too loud in the kitchen and woke up his mom.... haha she seemed like the devil while tripping yelling at us to be quiet at 3am.

No, and no...sheesh...I'm not some D.A.R.E. robot I was just wondering if mixing two drugs could be bad although I've heard several times that weed goes good with just about everything I was just double checking. And yes I will most definitely do both, probably shrooms first to see the effects then smoke.
