Trainwreck Germination Question

Hey all,

I have 5 feminized beans from Royal Dutch Genetics Trainwreck strain. I want to pop 3 of them, and was wondering the best way to go about this. Here's some info:

I plan on directly planting the beans into 3 gallon pots filled with FoxFarm Ocean Forest. I don't plan of feeding for a couple weeks, and will be using two 2 feet long T5 bulbs to veg, along with some 23watt CFLs for a little red spectrum mixed in. My last grow (AK48), I also planted 3 beans all differently for experimentation purposes. One went right in soil, one went into a cup of water, and the other using the paper towel method. They all germed, but i didn't really record anything, so have no reference to go back to which was the best method. I mean all three methods worked but two plants also hermied on me. I dunno. I just want this grow to go as smooth as possible, and really don't want them to herm on me. ALSO! If I go the straight to soil method, should I have a T5 on the whole time? I know when you use the cupowater or paper towel method, they should be stored in a cool dark place. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

MUCH LOVE
