Transparent residue on leaves

I’m 3.5 weeks into 12/12. This is my 3rd crop and overall, my plants are definitely looking the best at this stage of any of my crops. I do have a few issues that I can’t quite figure out and would appreciate input from anyone who has seen this.

all 4 of my plants exhibit transparent splotches on fan leaves. The best way to describe it is that it looks like clear coat peeling off of a car, if you’re familiar with that. Couldn’t find a similar pic in my books so I’m wondering if anyone else can identify it. Deficiency? Surplus/toxicity? Environmental? Hopefully nothing to worry about? Early on I thought it might just be some nutrient residue that dripped but it’s all over all the plants.

Second, just one of my plants (Blue Dream) has some tip curl, mostly on the upper leaves. Not much lower down and the plant looks solid otherwise. Ideas? I agree with Bob, looks like the start of powdery mildew.

I'm in a fight with PM right now, I have to give my plant a bath after harvest to wash all the PM away. I've been researching since yesterday on prevention and removal, it's a bitch of a disease.

Sulfur seems to be the atomic solution, its gets on every surface and the mildew dies.

Problem is that it stinks and will get in your buds and stay there. I've heard advice of burning sulfur no more than 3 weeks into flower, you're just over the edge.

Read through this short thread, it chronicles my current battle with powdery mildew and the solutions I've found. The big 3 are: Sulfer Burning; H2O2 wash after harvest; and a UVC light out of the Netherlands. There's a few other good ideas that I can't do for one reason or another, very informative thread and lots of advice from people in the know.
