well, ill explain my situation a little,

i had a drip hydro system, but i had to get rid of it...... so i put my plants in the rockwool block into a tray with hydroton........ the plants started doing not soo good and i realized allot of the roots were dried and dying....... so id like to put the plant into a pot of earth with the rockwool block.... do you think the plant would be able to adapt and maybe grow new roots and save itself? its already 3 weeks into flower.......... the plant is not dead yet, just lots of yellowing of leaves and the buds have kind of stopped growing, but arew far from dead yet.......... any ideas help or suggestions greatly appreciated, thanks!!

should i cut off all the brown roots before planting?

heeelp please!!

Adapt.. probably under optimum conditions...
but it doesnt sound good when you say dry roots. They dont get better.. they rot and spread the rot to healthy roots. Dont mix those plants with healthy ones meaning dont share water. I have pulled plants and ran them to the yard before in hopes of saving them. They always shocked hard, but in about 3 weeks I would see them turn around. Sad thing is they were so short and stalky the dam things began to morph and retard in the new growing medium.. that was from aero system though and the roots were very very hairy and fine.. so good luck man
