how long into flower can you transplant without over stressing the plant and be beneficial if at all possible?
 
if at all possible you SHOULD NOT transplant during flowering, could stress the plant into being a hermaphrodite (if it's female to begin with) but if you must transplant during flowering for some odd reason, during the first 2 weeks would be my best guess. Then give it a 50/50 mix of veg/flower nutes and then pray to whatever god you worship that it doesn't go hermy or male-out on you.
 
so she is 5 weeks in flower and very rootbound i havnt noticed stunted growth with it. but i am seeing nute burn anything i can do or just hope for the best at this point?

eh yea.. you should be alright. I wouldn't do it beyond the two week period though.. I personally... wouldn't do it if they were just a week into flowering.. but that's my personal opinion.

I transplanted one of my past grows.. I transplanted one of my girls that needed a bigger pot. But she was (no bs either) almost three weeks into flowering (18 days to be exact). Once I transplanted her, of course there was some shock to the plant.. but if I remember correctly it kicked back into gear after about 6 days worth of TLC... it was a close call. But she pulled out of it... so again.. I personally wouldn't transplant when in flowering.. not if its been flowering for 7 days or more anyhow.
