Transplant

I had a plant in a gallon pot with no drainage, transplanted it to a gallon pot with drainage.
The rootball is fairly large, plant was not big at all. Gave it nutients, after one day it's twice as big.
My question is should I transplant again into a three gallon pot.
The plant is six weeks, was about six inches tall, fan leaves were small as hell. Now notice a little bushier and taller.

6 weeks and it was 6" tall? No don't bother.

Let it dry out. When you transplanted did you break up root ball a little? You should have because it allows roots to expand faster and absorb water better.
