Transplanting clone to dwc... shock?

bought Clone 3 days ago and it has been in my dwc set up . The main leaves are drooping pretty good but it looks like new growth is beginning to take place and I’m not sure if it’s just in shock or if it’s dying on me and I should get new ones? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

That or have your water level high enough where the splashing is enough to wick half way up your basket

I prefer(ed) drip to establish but both work fine.
