Transplanting root bound plants that are starting to flower

Hello, would like some input about transplanting these plants. They are in 3in pots now and we are going to be doing long rows. They are mostly 2-3ft. These are CBD plants 70 day flowering time. This is our first year and will be finally getting permit to plant in the ground a week from now. We will be doing drip irrigation and wetting the hole before putting in. Should we score the sides of roots? Will the heat mess with them after transplant? Any input or thoughts are much appreciated.

Dont score your roots now...transplanting in early flower is stressful enough as is. All that stuff should be done 2 weeks prior to flower at a minimum.
I would use plenty of microbial inoculant on the roots during transplant to help mitigate transplant shock, as well as drenching with some sort of aloe, coconut water, kelp extract blend when you are finished transplanting to provide some transitional hormones.

We have 4000 of these so would it be best to water them with Myco while they are in the current pots just before transplant?

This happened to us 6 hemp plants started flowering a couple days after transplanting! They were root bound so we figured that's why they flowered!

Your a little late for the outdoor season man. They should have been transplanted a month ago. If you cut the sides than the root system most likely will fill a container much. JM2C
