Transplanting to diff medium

Hey there. Sort of a newbie. I grew seedlings in miracle grow potting soil, and they are doing well. Looking to transplant soon, and I have a bag of Mother Earth cocoa/perilite. Growing indoors in a 4x4 tent, with 400W LED.

Can I change to the cocoa andperilite at transplant? Or will thiscause too much shock? I can get soil to keep it consistent… but I already own the Mother Earth and on a budget. Thanks in advance.

You can go ahead and just transplant. The tiny amount of soil won't have any effect.
