Transplanting

Hey guys unfortunately I’m four days into the transition stage growing in soil indoors with seven gallon pots I vegged for six weeks now on a few of my plants I noticed lil white roots sticking out my pot pot I’m useing cloth airrated pots wich tells me I need to transplant right before my next watering wich I planned to start giving flowering nutes now I think I should just use water after transplant what do u guys think go with my feeding schedule or just phd water

Air pruning is the magic of fabric pots. I'm not a soil guy, but that's not a sign that you need to transplant. That's a sign that your roots are really healthy.

Ok cool because the plants aren’t showing any signs except one that’s a monster is starting to show purple in her veins I would take a picture but there sleeping I’ve taken really good care of the soil they have a really good root base so yeah ur probably right just don’t want to get half way thru flowering and haft to

It would be cool if a soil user would weigh in on the final size for a fabric pot, but 7 gallons is massive for coco. I'd imagine you wouldn't need to go much larger with soil.

Air pruning makes the roots grow inward and spread out instead of spiraling around the pot and becoming rootbound.

Yeah ty I just actually read up on air pruning I didn’t know about it ty very mutch for that this is my second grow my first grow was clones the roots didn’t get that big I’m doing seeds this time and they r way bigger I didn’t think it would be that mutch of a difference but it is but ty again
