I need a little help. I had a few plants growing in garden pots to allow groth and easy for me to keep an eye on. They all did great, so I let them grown for about 3-4 weeks. They were on their third leaf set and I only moved one out. I tried putting it in three different types of soil, which I mixed together. They were mirical grow for indoor potting plants, also outdoor garden soil and some fertalized soil. It been 4-5 hours since I moved it, and the plant has already started to shrivil? what should I do?

Dont use any Miracle gro product ,too nutrient heavy in the wrong ratio.

If you just transplanted i wounld recomend giving sun if there not doing well. I would keep them out of the sun for two-three days it really helped mine recover and they are now doin great. Just my 2 cents, but thats wat i was told by a few people so..

hmmm... Don't know about that? Sun has usually helped me out. But, unfortunatly I can't really remove the sun factor. They are in my backyard, so I can't really cause that much attention to them if you know what im saying :)

I recently transplanted my 4 week-old plants from 4" pots to 1 gallon pots. I have not given them any nutes yet at all because there are nutes in the soil. Since I used fresh soil to transplant to, should I hold off on nutes for a while still?

Personally, If they are doing good I wouldnt put anything in them untill they are a bit bigger. Thats just from my personal experience, me adding to much of the nutes, which will kill the plant. If you add anything, remember moderation and a little goes a long way for the little guys. The big ones, well ;) you do what you gata do.

Hey Thanks a lot for the reply. I think less is more too.

So I really need to be ready to give some serious nutes as they get older, huh?

Definatly. But let em get those roots firm. They have to be big enough to use it. If you think about it... What is a small plant going to do with all that?? Just act as if it was a child. You always feed them chopped up nasty looking food. When they get older... you give em steaks. You just got to wait till they can open their mouth and chew.
