Treat your plant like the whore she is, 1 to 2 weeks before harvest.

So I read somewhere that if you traumatize or over stress your plant a week or so right before harvesting, its a great thing. The plant thinks its under attack and will produce more resin to protect itself. Is this a good technique that growers should practice? If so, what kind of techniques does everyone use to stress out there plants? The only ones I could come up with was no water and stem breakage. Anything else? Thanks.

a little stress can be a good thing nearing the end of flowering because it does make the plant think "Oh shit, im dieing, better finish up", but only a SMALL amount of stress.

i simpley stress the plant through letting it dry out 10 days before harvest. TOTALLY Dry, untill the buds are starting to droop down because of the weight. this happens in nature usually around September / October in the outdoor world of growing, where the rain will stop for 2-3 weeks and dry the soil out.

P.S: Too much stress = Hermie plants.
