depending on the climate you happen to live in, the bud rot will start in thick fat nugs. keep them clean for good air flow. spread some of the fatter nugs open while they grow to keep an eye on bud rot. it will start from the inside out and has taken large amounts from my previous crops. i live in north east usa and is very humid during flower season.Outdoor gardening is still new to me so I will definitely consider this info! Thank you.
I have been pretty meticulous with ladies tho and they are in separate sections where the soil doesn’t mix. Not sure if that matters tho. Next year imma keep them separate bc them 2 really took over my bed. The bed is 10.5’ x 5 and the trellis is 7’
Yea I plan on thinning them out a bit. 2 plants that really took off loldepending on the climate you happen to live in, the bud rot will start in thick fat nugs. keep them clean for good air flow. spread some of the fatter nugs open while they grow to keep an eye on bud rot. it will start from the inside out and has taken large amounts from my previous crops. i live in north east usa and is very humid during flower season.
great idea, a small hoop house will stop alot of moisture, even with the humidity in the air, not allowing morning dew to set onto the plants will keep them on the dryer side. this year im doing the same thing will a small hoop house just to stop the morning dew to settling into the nugs. i am completely surrounded by woods so i do not have the best air movement for my ladies.Yea I plan on thinning them out a bit. 2 plants that really took off lol
I’m in process of building a hoop house outta creform so I can throw it up if we have multiple days of rain..
I hope since I’ll have them ladies undercarriages all groomed up gonna I can run a small fan under them if I have to leave the poly on for multiple days
Other then that, them girls have great airflow blowing up from the valley below.
I watched multiple locations throughout the yard for over a year and a half after I moved in. Then built that bed there strategically for the airflow and fall sun
Yeaaaa! North East US Maaafcka as well
