What is TK91? Is that Triangle Kush from 1991, or is the 91 from a second parent plant? I had some really good TK91 from a dispensary, but it had some seeds in it. The smoke was super potent and the buds looked similar to your picture. I picked up a Triangle Kush clone from Archive but never got the chance to flower it out I ended up having to get rid of everything :(
Tk og and one other plant all came out of bag seed from nevils hindu kush ( kush4 x nl) wich some one grew in the usa and accidently hermed on a humbodlt strain i suspect also came from nevil. Not sure about the 91 bit. Might be as sfg says

Yep, it was great. I got some from a cabbie when I was in Miami in the early 80's. It wasn't called that at the time. It was just the "local" weed. It was very tasty....definitely from some kind of landrace strain or an early hybrid of a couple landrace strains. Subsequently, when all the name game terminology started up, it got a name, I guess. "Triangle" is the first reference I ever heard for it and that had to do with the association to the Bermuda Triangle - local legend. You smoked it and got lost. :)

I doubt that the stuff I got back then is still around. The name remains, though.

The reason Triangle Kush was named Triangle is seen on the above map. The route from Tampa to Orlando, Tampa to Wildwood, and Orlando to Wildwood is where the heart of Florida's growing country was in the late 1970's and through the 1980's eventually ushering in the 1990's. There was so much weed being grown in that region that the Governor called in the Air National Guard in 1983 to eradicate all the Guerilla Grows. Citrus County, Levy County, Pasco County, Hernando County, Marion County, Sumter County, Lake County, and Orange County were growing so much fucking weed. This is where Triangle was born and bred, this is where it all started. The catalyst to America's Weed Freedom happened right here. Emerald Triangle and Triangle Kush came from here and changed the world of cannabis. I was there. I am a real OG.

Yeah man the best phenos of sensis Hindu kush is where the best parts of OG comes from imo so I imagine the triangle would be the same being from the same seedlot and all just that's more stable and there are also some monecious individuals in the line(HK) that spit viable pollen too so i could totally see the hindu being the accidental pollen donor for them both I've never seen a full on true hermie with it though just monecy

Respect. I had no idea that was the origin of the name. All these years, I thought it was a reference to the Bermuda Triangle!

I bought a pack of the MMS Triangle Kush BX2, last week. I hope, they are as good as advertised. I saw great reports on the BX1, which I missed, so I got these.
The difference between the BX1-BX2 is, the BX2, yields more.
I also bought a pack of Luna W Lunar Cheese. DJ Blueberry x Kryptonite x UK Cheese. They came from Walpini seeds, which Id never heard of. But they sent quickly.

The Lunar Cheese seeds, could have been darker. And were $125 a pack. Lightest seeds Ive seen for sale, in a while. But Ive seen seeds lighter than these germinate, with no problems.

The Lunar Cheese plants, were HUGE.

A thread dedicated to Triangle Kush

INDICA-DOMINANT HYBRID
Triangle Kush

An Indica-dominant cross of the Emerald Triangle Kush and Hindu Kush, Triangle Kush was developed by breeders in South Florida, using seeds from Amsterdam. This is the original “Are you high?” high that hits you like a ton of bricks right in the head. Only for experienced users, or people who suffer from chronic pain, nausea, and muscle spasms.

Let's have the triangle kush discussion in one thread instead of by breeder or seedbank. The triangle kush is probably the most important strain in modern breeding. What do you guys grow of it or know of it?

I bought the same. Got them from DCSE but haven't received them yet. It'll be 3-4 weeks before I pop them. I have to let my GG4 finish up first.
