By what i can see, if they are brown.. most likely aphids? I would suggest getting neem oil and rubbing it on the underside of your leaves and on your branches and get some spray that will kill the the larva that they may have already laid and spray that everywhere but your buds.

Well I have neem oil ready to use spray from garden safe it's supposed to be safe till harvest some got on buds will it hurt them

Nope, neem is okay. That wont hurt them, obviously unless you use an excessive amount but even then i wouldnt worry. But sprays like 'Flying Skull' i would be cautious of

I found these roots up top of my soil is that normal
