Trichome help

Green is growing

I’m a bit confused on my three gorilla glue autoflowers’ trichomes. Of the three plants this one is looking like it’s finished. The other two plants need another week or so. I snapped some pics with the digital microscope. I took three samples two sugar leaves and a piece of bud from different parts of plant. The pics below are all the same plant. I would assume that the new bud growth would have clear trichomes and older bud growth would tend to have trichomes that have had a chance to turn amber. I also notice that the underside of the sugar leaves seem to have clearer trichomes and the top side of the sugar leaf has more amber. Is this thing ready? I’m so

Thanks for the reply. The timing of everything is tricky and growing outdoors adds many other variable elements. I appreciate the visuals. I guess my confusion comes from seeing the amber trichomes in the one pic I posted...it looks like there are many amber in that pic and then other pics I see clear trichomes? Am I looking at this right and would anyone agree that this pic has lots of amber trichomes? Why are those amber if they aren’t ready? Maybe it was a reflection while under microscope? I don’t disagree with Bobs answer...The plants have many more clear trichomes. Clearly I have OCD about things like this Lol....and just really want to understand what’s really happening. Thanks y’all’. I’ve learned a ton of stuff!

Yes it is a sugar leaf. I’m going to sample from bud sites only going forward. Pictures #1 and #5 are examples of bud sites. In those pics I’m seeing clearer trichomes with some Amber tips...would you agree. There seems to be a lot of clear trichomes but the the Amber tips are throwing me off I guess....sorry to beat a dead horse.
