My trichomes are cloudy as hell, but my pistils are still white. I'll wait, but if the trichomes turn amber and the pistils are still white what should I do?
Thats true, but you still want to see some the of the pistil growth die off...otherwise, those juicy pistils make the herb take longer to dry, prone to mold...and I think pulling when pistils are still white affects the flavor. Just my opinion.tricomes are where it is at.. the hairs normally are just indicators. they really are nothing else though.. the feeling you get from smoking comes from the trichomes, not the hairs once the trichomes are amber, you are all set.. at least imo..
I know the post is from way back. But, dude I hope you changed your avatar since then...........that last one is some scary disturbed shit !dont make the mistake i made though, clip a lil nugg and check trichs before chopping the whole thing down.,trichs on leaves tend to lie.,was still a good high but its WORTH THE WAIT..wish i listened :/
