For whatever reason, the part of growing I always have the hardest part with is getting the harvest window right. Whenever I use a magnifier/lens, I can never get a clear picture. It's always blurry and you never know which trichomes are refracting light making them appear to be differently colored.
The strain, Mango sapphire, started flowering with about a week left in July (I'm pretty sure) and only has a 50 to 55 day flowering time. That means it should be done about now. But when I look at the trichomes, I'm fairly certain I can still see clear trichomes with magnification. Magnification. With no magnification it looks ready to harvest. See the following pics:
