They dry and cure with the rest of the bud.
They just dried very fast almost no more sticky. Maybe caused by low humitidy

How fast? Harvest on time or late? Room temp, humidity level? They are naturally less sticky after drying, that is normal. When alive, is super sticky to touch. Once dried, not so much.
My dried buds do not feel very sticky to touch. When I break it down & roll a blunt though, my fingers get so sticky, I use alcohol prep pads to get it off, lol.

They are meant to be dry, sticky isn't ready yet and sticks to everything releasing precious oils.
