i always thought that your trim was not considered in your amount like seeds is this true or if say i have a oz of bud then an oz of trim am i close to my limit of 2.5 or as long as its trim i can have more? thanks for your help just wanna be safe and not be over the limit

trim is still considered usable in the eyes of leo. i wouldn't take my chances. either use it up- meaning make hash bho or butter which are all also now illegal or discard it

not into the whole bho thing really not good for you. was more thinking of some nice kief or bubble hash. isnt making kief still legal?

according to recent rulings all concentrates are illegal. only thing recognized as legal meds at this point are flowers

Trim is counted , wait a minute I have to go start one big ass bomb fire now and quick before I go to jail .. Sad to say with all honesty even dried green leaves on a floor can be used against us by law as this is smokeable and considered to be a crude drug by definition legally .. Stems and seeds as well as roots are allowed in any amount , I am working on making pathways with ground weed stem all about my property lol ..

So continue on and grow as were allowed but remember this whole legal game has most people over limits by simply harvesting one plant even while holding a 6 card deal ..

Lets face it the law is a joke if you really know how to grow and have the right genetics in your garden

Those leaves are one of only two things that are counted against your weight. The rest, besides incidental seeds, stalks and roots, are not considered USABLE MARIJUANA but still considered marijuana and you have no card protection for. One would think you could just turn it into a concentrate but that is not covered by the card either.


Yep I agree with the pot snob........ The legal aspect (section 4 card protection) is getting close to unworkable and I feel like a fool for putting myself on the list but what is done is done. If they redesign the card so that it cannot be used to scrap bubble hash with then it will be officially useless......

That's a great idea! We've been kicking around the idea of getting together.... we should have a trim fire. Being native american, I'm sure you could hook up a big ass smoke tent/sweat lodge that we could start a fire in, dump all of our trim on to, and get completely crushed for the night!

What better way of disposing of our trim??

from what i have seen and heard and you clearly know that theres at least some very tiny amount of butane and it cant get out completely. either way im good on the bho would rather do the bubble hash. thanks for the rest of the advise.
