hi guys im about 11 days into 12/12 my girls are like 3 feet tall from soil level..they are currently in 11ltr pots....i was thinkging of trimming all the undergrowth which wont recieve or produce big buds (basically the are were pop corn buds will grow) also i wanted to transplant into 15 ltr pots do you think it will increase yield or just stress them out

I went natural and didn't lollipop or anything this run. I used 2 gal pots. About 11 liters.... actually mine are smaller pots. I got some fat nugs. you will be fine I am sure.

stink is right, do it before you start flowering, tho as it is early and there is a different between starting 12/12 and once the plant actually begins to flower you could maybe get away with a repot, do it carefully, have to new pots ready with soil in em and do it quick and carefully ..

about trimming, also do this before flowering and don't remove fan leaf`s unless they touch the soil or are close to, if you want to remove anything remove them low bud sites (lolipoping) that as you said, only produce popcorn buds (or do like me and make oil on em along with the sugar leaf`s)

I actualy had a rootbound plant in flowering (+2 weeks in)

this was my solution

8 weeks Veg in 7 gallon pot`s and still it got root bound, to avoid any stress on the plant in flowering I just cut the bottom out of the 7 gallon and sat it in a 5 gallon with 2/3 soil in it ..

Yeah do before flowering. If you use a screen and bend everything low so the light hits everywhere you can get dense bottoms too. Rootbound question is more for soil people but they show different deficiencies because root bound doesn't just lock out onelement. Also drooping.

i kno man but dont you think the buds will be small due to pot size?
Those are about 2.9 gallon.
I'd be surprised if they aren't crowded already, but for sure they should be by the time they do the growth spurt.
IF they are already 3' tall, I would do at LEAST 5 gallon.
