Trouble Cloning!!??!! Pics(first Time)

Whats up everyone. Well I just recieved my OLIVIA'S CLONING GEL, So I went to my mother plant and Cut off 2 branches at a 45 degree angel, cut off any heavy extra leaves and dipped them in the cloning gel. I dont have any rockwool or anything like that so I put them straight in soil. I then put enough water to make the soil Moist and sprayed them. Then I put them under my blue spectrum CFL. The problem is, A couple of hours later I checked them andd they look like their wilting and dieing. I took some pics, so here they are. I hope they help. Are they suppose to look like this after a couple hours? Any help would be great, thanks

u need to use a dome u can get it at ur local hydro store and it cost about 10 bucks..leave them in there for about 10-14 day and ull see the roots!!!

So my clones will not root without a dome? Is there anything else I can do?
