Trouble I don’t understand. Need advice.

This is my third try and I am at the end of my wits.
First time it took 3 weeks for the plants to start showing the sides of stalk rot.
I purchased another set from the same grower.
This time it took 4 days. Plants went from being healthy to rolled inward, ill and starting to show signs of the same rot (the area where stalk touch the cube would start showing roting areas)
I purchased third set from a different person. Last night they were beautiful. I did some preventive action by drip a few drops of hydrogen peroxide right where the stalk touch the cube.
This morning they show first sign of illness.
See pic.
I grow in grodan cubes. Used Flora nova half straight with CalMag at 5.5 ph to soak cubes.
Oh and I washed the room with bleach, replaced fans, changed water filters (I use RO). What can it be? What can I use? Please help.
P.S. my ac broke before all those problems started happening. I fixed it and also washed the filter with some sort of industry liquid that comes in cans.
Since I use runoff water I water about a month for it to run through and then started collecting and using it.

Last thing I forgot to mentioned.
To do preventive maintenance I mixed 32 percent hydrogen with ro water (1 part HP 10 parts water). Didn’t check PH and dripped about 2 ml on lower stalk where it touches the cube.
This morning they are sick.

Wait, you use runoff water for what? Also, are they getting enough water? Kinda hard to fully tell, but looks like a watering issue, whether it be too much or not enough. Im guessing not enough.

I am using AC water runoff. Same as RO.
The cubes are still wet from the time I soaked them originally

Okay, that makes sense. I thought you meant soil water runoff haha.

Maybe too much water? How often are you watering? Also, i dont believe you are supposed to water the stock. Thats what is likely causing the stock rot issue.

Well. I didn’t water them since Monday.
This was when I prepared the cubes by soaking them in light solution and inserted clones.

Where these cuts hardened off before you got them??? Weened from the humidity dome.

Well you need to treat rockwool like dirt. You rotted your stem by over watering it. It has to dry out BUT its a new cut you cant let it get too dry or let the roots dry out.. Its a learning curve and your in the middle of it.

I purchased third set from a different person. Last night they were beautiful. I did some preventive action by drip a few drops of hydrogen peroxide right where the stalk touch the cube. You burnt any fine root hairs up you had, thats where the magic happens. You can stop doing that.

Used Flora nova half straight with CalMag at 5.5 ph to soak cubes. And at what ppm was this mixed to? Was it about 250 ppm? You dont know then you burnt up your roots then going to burn up the plant. To high of a ppm restricts growth. No ppm meter then your just guessing. You can stop doing that.

changed water filters. Did you really need to change them or are you just guessing again? What ppm is your tap water what ppm is your RO water. You need to change your paper and carbon filter about every 6 months. Your membrane filter get change when you RO water starts getting north of 150 ppm Your starting RO water should be about 20-30 ppm with new filters. My tap is 400 ppm and my R O water is 10 I rinse my paper and carbon filter with clean water about every two weeks to help keep them clean or as needed, and when you change the carbon filter out you need to disconnect the line to the membrane filters so that the first bit of water which will be black doesnt get into your membrane filters.

Again probably burnt the root hairs. You always check the ph before you water. Unless your good and confident you know what your doing, and are using microbes. Guessing again.

Hopefully you guys can help before to late up until a few weeks ago i was feeding ff ferts and i started noticing yellowing leave. now its really bad and the leaves are yellow then brown then dying and ive lost most leaves now. Was told that they long hungry but it was issue before i stopped the ferts any advice would be great. Tell your clone guy your problem, He can tell you when they where last watered.
When you receive them, put them on a scale to weigh the water content, use this measurement
to insure you don't over water the first week or two.

I'd stop using Condensate for now, and use tap water. I had a small chiller leak contaminating my feed causing immediate lock out. Water is cheap.
