Yes you never vent in the room your getting your intake from, your plant is getting your stale air you just sucked out. I keep my house on 73 and have a 2x4 tent with 2 300 watt blurples and a ts1000. I am in flowering and pushing 100 percent light with 414 true watts. And my rent stays 10 degree difference. 73 inside my room and tent stays about 82-83.
I could sleep in my 300 watt blurples I use as supplemental lighting. And about 16-18" from canopy and keep the ts1000 about 20 inches from the top.
If you don't need the security that the tent provides, you can just leave the main flap open to help control temps. Your auto will not need complete darkness to flower.
