True North?

I know its Armageddon/end of the world/zombie apocalypse out there but does anyone have any info on whats going on with true north? I ordered some beans over a week ago and I haven't heard anything. No conformation email or tracking. I know things have slowed down but they're not even answering phone calls (and yes I know the website says not to call but it feels like this is something other than "really busy"). I hope our friends in the great white north are OK.

I ordered from there about 6 weeks ago. Never heard anything either until got an email the order was shipped. Took about 7 business days before anything!

thanks. I know shipping for everybody is delayed but I didn't want to wait endlessly when I could cancel the oder and go somewhere else. ILGM and Seedsman answered me in a day. Interestingly, I just found out there is a seedbank in my state. Unfortunately its over 5 hours away.....and nobody is answering there either.

No problem, my first time growing in forever so I ordered there as I'm in Canada and they seemed like a decent place.
I just posted wondering if the GG4 I ordered was actually GG4 actually. But even if it isn't it's growing crazy so the seed is good, the genetics I'm not sure on as of yet. I've got a little bush growing. Good luck with your order, hope it arrives soon!

I ordered the GG4 too. Plus the bluberry, bubblegum, jack herer, northern lights and sour diesel. I'm growing Samsquanch OG an auto from Mephisto now. First ever auto grow and although the girls look pretty good, I'm going back to photo where I'm way more experienced.

they are ghosting everyone and i suspect they are just a scamming site at this point. Ive been waiting over 35 days for any confirmation of shipping and have even asked for a refund. no response. PLEASE DO NOT BE SCAMMED WITH TRUE NORTH SEED BANK PPL.

Please note they also own Canukseeds.com and are actively scamming on that site as well. Please bury these fools

I'd love to see an expose on the scamming seed sites. I have a feeling that a lot of it originates with just a few douchebags.

6 weeks in ive received notification of it being shipped so will update if received

So update. Original order placed on April 7th. Back and forth because my bank would approve sales to a Canadian company (I live in the US) but only for 24 hours at a time. Since I could not contact True North and get an idea for when the card would be charged, I had to let the order cancel and replaced the order on April 23rd (new card). Again, no contact from True North but I was able to see the package shipped through the tracking number I was able to find on their website. So 7 weeks from start to finish.

I understand their website says Coronavirus, not answering phones. It was a little weird flying blind. I'm not posting this to criticize True North. Just to let people know if they decide to go with them, what they can expect for processing times.

Haven't tried popping them yet, I'll let ya'll know when I do.

A friend of mine ordered 400$ of seeds with insurance from true north and he lives in the US. They didn’t include info about the seeds so the package was green taped and they confiscated the package. True north hasn’t responded at all to him and I told him I’m sure there’s a way to get in touch with them and get his money back especially because he payed the insurance..

anyone have any insight on this? He’s been trying to contact them for months and with the corona I’m wondering if they shutdown or what. Any help would be wonderful,until further notice I would not order from them because they can’t even answer an email

I wish Amazon sold seeds.

I haven't had a lot of luck with US seedbanks. Only one I've used with success was Mephisto. Alot of people like DC seeds. I'm looking for classic strains so I've never tried them, but hear they are good.

Had a similar experience with TNSB this year... Did not pay for insurance (dont like signature--one time had me pick up at post office so I thought it was a setup) So I dont ever order anything requiring sig. But I did order the stealth packaging / decoy product and after the same story of about 1.5 months no word... unable to cancel, I finally received a letter from customs saying the package was confiscated.. I emailed TN they said I was shit out of luck.. and stopped responding.. Fuck those guys.. terrible company, I will do all I can to prevent someone from losing any time or money on them (This fucked my outdoor season up royally... Along with 3 other seed orders that didnt make it or didnt make it on time... Luckily I was able to salvage something this year but never again.

Why bother with those dudes, plenty of banks in us that are legit

Wow I’m really glad I decided to go with nirvana straight from their site. Ordered 3 kinds, got an order confirmation that day and today (a few days later) got the email that their packaging department had received my order and was getting it ready. Not sure if that’s standard practice and people get those emails and still not get seeds but I’m pretty hopeful. I hope you guys get your stuff and they stop playing with you.

Ordered Friday and today got an email saying that they’re getting shipped out. Again idk how other sites work this is my first time ordering online but seems like they’re doing the right thing.
