This guy has been pretty good at calling the outcomes of Trump's winding path of lawsuits, trials, appeals, and SCOTUS rulings. So, I'll post this to feed my and other people's confirmation bias. And for those who have to listen to SOMETHING while waiting for the jury to decide to convict the orange buffoon.

It was, and i just didn't get it why they didn't try to discredit Pecker, instead they used all they're fuel to go after Cohen(more like a revenge thing to me), another thing how come the defense only called one witness, when they had so many choices, Weisselberg, the account, and of course the orange turd himself to get on the stand......it's like the defense only wanted to be in the TV and such.......

He'll be doing hard time for sure then. lol

Judge Juan Merchan says the jury has requested several parts of his instructions to them be re-read, including a metaphor about rain.
Here's that metaphor, which was originally read in court yesterday:
"For example, suppose you go to bed one night when it is not raining and when you wake up in the morning, you look out your window; you do not see rain, but you see that the street and sidewalk are wet, and that people are wearing raincoats and carrying umbrellas. Under those circumstances, it may be reasonable to infer, that is conclude, that it rained during the night. In other words, the fact of it having rained while you were asleep is an inference that might be drawn from the proven facts of the presence of the water on the street and sidewalk, and people in raincoats and carrying umbrellas."

A jury getting help from a judge to get their organic computers running optimally. What a beautiful example of the philosophical concept of natural law, which underpins moderns society, life, liberty, and property. The French and American revolution. Liberalism itself. It's deemed universal, objective and inherent to the human virtue. Above all, discoverable through reason. Makes the whole case symbolic for these times.

Now is the time to throw some popcorn in the microwave and listen to all the excuses of why he's not guilty or why it's someone elses fault, even through he was found guilty on ALL 34 counts. Truthfully the jury didn't take a lot time to come back with a verdict on 34 counts, I've been a juror on couple felony trials, and we deliberated longer than that (and the cases I was on were literal "Slam Dunks". The ex-cheeto in charge will blame the judge, the jury, his lawyers, the homeless, immigrants, and/or some vast conspiracy. The guy always has to have a scapegoat, because to the best of his recollection he's never been wrong, he thought he was wrong once, but he was mistaken.

It is however, doubtful he'll do any time, which is unfortunate!!!!
