I think Donald is going nuts with stress and desperation, his volume of tweets usually is indicative of his stress level. The clock is running down, millions are already voting and it's exactly 3 weeks to D day for Donald, he's sweating and it ain't from covid. Every dirty trick he has tried has failed and scaring voters is backfiring, cheating looks harder all the time. Joe's big lead in the polls will make cheating dangerous at the state level and I think it unlikely any state will usurp the will of the voters. Florida and Ohio count mail in early, as does Arizona, we might know early on election night who wins if the TV networks call it, game over. Biden is ahead in Florida from 5 to 11 points depending on the poll and appears to be trending higher over time.

He can be impeached after nov 3rd and there might be enough pissed off republican senators who lost their seats to do it! He could resign, but that might mean immediate arrest. He can also be impeached after Jan 20th, to prevent him from holding any federal office again, but he's going to a supermax, possibly via a NY state prison.
After Dec 14th (assuming a landside or clear victory) the electoral college meets and elects the POTUS elect, then Joe starts taking on power and he will have real political power to countermand any destructive orders from Donald, provided he consults with and is supported by congress. If Donald sets goons onto the streets Joe could threaten to fire every one of them and their commanders in a few weeks. Likewise Joe can promise to make whole any government employee who upholds their oath. Joe's team are entitled to and should receive transition briefings, I wonder if Barr will be around to brief Joe's new AG? That would be an interesting conversation and explanation ...
