^^It starts there. He's not a Republican and I'd vote for him in the general election against anybody from the other side. That said, he's pretty much an establishment Democrat along the same lines as Hillary Clinton in terms of ties to Wall Street. He recently voted against a bill introduced by Sanders (during the last days of Obama's admin.) to allow people to purchase pharmaceuticals from Canada, which would allow them to buy them at greatly reduced prices. Booker sided with Big Pharma and their desire to keep prices high in the US. I'd rather we look to somebody else to run this country.
