How about people dumping old batteries or fluids from fixing their cars in a pond by your house. Doesn't even need to go as far as companies dumping nuclear waste or whatnot like back in the 80s.
Old batteries are going for about .25 / lb. as scrap. Throwing them away seems a little silly.
Of course if somebody does throw something away on their property and it travels to your property, and you can prove it, you'd be justified to seek restitution, unless it's the government or a government protected company...then you're probably shit out of luck, so to speak.
Not gonna play the gun control thing eh? Didn't think so, since "gun controllers" are really "power consolidators, who only want to concentrate guns in the hands of government. What a dumb idea that is.
