Seriously how could anyone in our comminity still be proud of their support for him? I couldnt agree more with the sentiment forementioned of its not about weed its about personal freedom and yes we would be freer under clinton. Im no clinton nut but she likely would have had a rather mundane presidency... i get thats not as exciting as this live action role play reality tv show that we got... but serious if your so GD bored you want to watch the fabric of our republic get torn and shredded, you either need a bigger garden to keep you busier, need to boost your quality so ur ok with your bordom, or some damn thing but good God people fought n died to make this country great, strong and principled, not to let some conman say he will make it great again as if she were less than great already, and instead of making it great again started destroying the very governmental systems that those people fought n died for. The systems and checks and balances that made us the city upon a hill, the guiding light of democracy, the example of the world...

Let me clarify, i should have said "not just about the weed", not "its not about the weed", cuz it is about her too. This girl does not deserve to be on a list of substances like heroin! No adault should be denied the freedom to partake, stupid needless control over our lives! If a highly addictive, violence inducing drug that kills people can be sold at grocery and liquor stores then there aint a single logical defense to keep the prohibition on cannabis!!!

I am probably the most "devout" atheist on this site.

i'm not scared, I simply choose not to dilute my world with discussions with people of inferior intellect and judgement.
ie trump voters
what does scare me is the complete reverse of the direction our nation was going in regards to carbon emissions, ocean ph (from aforementioned carbon emissions), water protection, air protection, etc.
trying to keep the world from it's already downward spiral in regards to the general "health" of the planet is akin to a morbidly obese person losing weight, you lose it slowly.. and only from conscientious decisions and 24/7 work... and any slip up puts you "two steps backward", gaining weight ten times faster and easier than losing it..
it's even worse than that for the planet, essentially NOTHING will fix what we've done, minus a possible mass extinction or dramatic reduction in the human population.

We can only slow it, we are in a big ass bus, rolling downhill and trump and his "oil interests" are simply cutting the brakelines

we've made somewhat good decisions in the past, and now we are going the opposite from that, and all those decisions are being made by people with incomplete information.. or from being selectively obtuse.... depends on who you ask... I lean towards the latter.

whats even more scary is that we've known about methane being WAY worse than CO2 for yrs and yrs, and we all still want our burgers..
myself included, only my weakness is skirt steak carne asada..
the problem is EVERYTHING humans are doing is pointing to the same fuckin result, which is the planet being essentially ruined as we know it.
air pollution, water pollution, deforestation, rising phosphates from over farming (farms atop what was previously forests, no less), bovine pollution, over fishing the oceans, overpopulation, military conflicts (talk about pollution...), rising water levels from LOSING our fresh water sources, the glaciers which act like ice cubes to keep our oceans cool, are melting..
