I dont disagree, Trump likes his selective leaks, but not transparency, which is always dangerous if he is just pulling a fast one on the Democrats.

Biden’s speech regarding this issue is off the charts brilliant. He looked so Presidential and cool and confident. I’m so impressed and would be excited to see him as President restoring this wonderful nation to a respectable place again with dignity and honor. I don’t think Trump even knows what the constitution is.

There ain't nothing ya can do about the user name at this point, look at mine, that was my intention when I came here in 2014 and never spoke a word about mindfulness until politics intervened in my country first, just like here.
Sorry once again Budzbuddha and if I didn't apologize for my behavior I wouldn't be walking my path, it's a lonely journey, for not many walk it.

The regular road is easy, but some people delight in difficult paths, that's me in a nut shell.

Got shit from a friend on the path in the peg, one of those I requested to watch me, for I have no master where I live and I need one a lot like me.

I explain things on the ethics page that turned into a public confession to my friend he insisted and I fully agreed. Good to have friends with a clear view and lots of guts to speak up cause they care. Never calmed perfection, quite the opposite. I know what went wrong with me and I'm taking steps, wish others would do the same.

Once again I sorry and feel shame. Lead by example is the only true way in my line of work.

There is a 10 day course by Tara Brach on insight timer called “free your self from Blame and resentment” and it might benefit you. And she leans on the Buddhist side so you might really like it. The classes are only 10-15 min each day .
