Better than Fox and friends, I find it entertaining and figure they are trying to appeal to the largest audience of reasonable people. These guys are definitely trying to represent the vanishing "center" of the country and the network is trying to steer the democrats to the right. There seems to be a hope of persuading republicans and those undecided to either stay home, leave the top of the ticket blank, or vote democrat. All in all they are on the right side of this war on America conducted by Russia, the republicans and above all Trump and represent mainstream American ideals if not values. As for being "stuck up" that would appear to be a personal judgement on your part, I don't see much evidence of it, to be a celebrity is part of their job (it also pays very well). Besides, Joe did give Mitch McConnell the nickname "Moscow Mitch", that I understand he hates and fears. They also advocate for patriotism, the constitution and the rule of law, so they're OK by me.
Yes, I am aware, but as it opens, many ports along the way will see heavily increased traffic, especially Greenland as it is resource rich. My concer is for the environment as Canada is terrible on environmental issues, in total not as bad as the US and far from China but Canada has a much smaller population and a smaller economy.
Actually I was trying to be humorous lol. Canada is in discussions with the other arctic nations to who if anyone actually controls the passage as it allows passage from the Pacific to the Atlantic. They launched a protest against the US for the military use of the passage. And yes once Denmark closes the coal fired coal plants they have they will be well on their way to totally renewable power generation.
England is not far away from full renewable power either. Australia was doing OK in converting (not great but OK) but the Conservative party that got elected put the breaks on.
