Prison will come sooner than many people think, when the rats start running and squealing there will be a traffic jam at the prosecutors door. A ton of insider rats in squeal deals, witnesses and documents will make it a slam dunk case, but we will have to see what kind of case it will be, there will be a shit load of indictments when they start digging around inside the Trump org. Also these tax cases are putting a lot of heat on the feds to become involved, they owe more in federal taxes than state taxes, but there's no rush and NY state is collecting the evidence and making the federal case against Trump and others for them.
Because of the volume of evidence and witnesses, I don't think this case will stretch out too long, they have Trump cold. Donald is lazy, greedy and stupid, and his bean counter is just that, an accountant, without much formal training. These clowns weren't too sophisticated in their crimes, all someone had to do was look, and they are now! Between this shit and the insurrection, I'd be surprised if someone didn't have a warrant for a bug on Trump, Stone, Rudy and others by now.

Donald's real-estate development possibilities will be confined to a 6 x 8 foot cell in Sing sing NY, where a secret service agent stationed outside his cell will shove his food tray through the grub slot in the door. I've got Donald figured for maximum security time too, considering his large terrorist following and all the death threats that will be made to the judge and jury during the trial. Maybe to keep secret service costs down they will put him and his kids in the same wing of Sing sing, except for Ivanka, orange is the new black for her!
