Man I don't know, putting a magnet outside on a meter just screams "I've got a huge-ass commercial marijuana grow going on inside my house that's so big I need to steal power, so please notify the police so they can easily get a no-knock warrant issued and have the SWAT team break down the door, throw flash-bangs around and shoot my dog" to anyone that might see it or you putting it on and taking it off. Too many people know about that one and why people do it for my comfort.

Around here it's 5.5cents per KW. Pretty cheap in the coal producing states. After all, whats a few mountain tops removed and toxic rivers among friends?
