So I was given a Tungsram TUAS GLIN 2H 0010009000 C1 FX ST grow light and Im not sure what size grow tent would be best for this light. Has anyone used one before?

This looks like an industrial grow light with only blue and red diodes (blurple light) so I'd be a bit hesitant using this lamp on its own. But if you've been given it then I suppose it doesn't hurt to give it a go.
Can you see what wattage the lamp is rated at? Without any information, it's difficult to help you. Generally speaking, a grow light will fill an area about 2-4 times its own size. This is, of course, far from a good way of assessing a lamp but if there are no PPFD maps to consult than I suppose this is your best shot.

Tungsram says its supposed to replace a 1000watt HPS light. Yeah I have already been through their website trying to find any extra information I could gather, with no luck really. Do you think I should supplement this with other lights and if so what ones. Im going to be putting this all in a 4x4 grow tent.

Use it for vegging while you figure out whether to supplement it in flower or buy another light for flowering.

I see. I always take any "X will replace Y" with a massive pinch of salt because there's no fixed or accurate conversion formula. It primarily comes down to light distribution and how effectively a lamp spreads its light over the area it's intended to be used for.
If you have the dual version (based on their site), it will draw 600W, which judging by the wattage, is plenty for a 4x4' space. If you have the single version (again, judging by their site), it draws around 300W and probably does an OK job in a 3x3', in terms of light output.
I'm more worried about the spectrum as it only emits blue and red light, an nothing in between. I think I'm speaking for the community when I say that growers should try t stay away from purely blue/red (blurple) lamps. In terms of supplementing it, adding any lamp with a white spectrum would help but you have an uphill battle to fight to combat 300W or 600W of blurple.
I'm, of course, a bit biased but I find our Q2 grow lights to be great supplemental lights. We sell these in both 1-pack ($55) and 2-pack ($99) and a single unit draws 36W. Putting a single white spectrum 36W lamp against 600W of blurple will do very little to even out the spectrum though.

Wow. Light spread may be problematic in a tent if it's with the narrow lens, but the 120 degree lens would be fine. I really wanna see how you'll do with it. I would love try one. No advice really, sorry.
