Hey guys so here is the scoop. I was germinating one of my seeds and I accidentally knocked the dixie cup that i was using to germinate the seed off the table. The dirt spilled everywhere and i figured that the seed had been destroyed when it fell. I never found it so i just scooped some of the dirt back in the dixie cup and planted another seed in the cup. Now today when I woke up i had two seedlings popping out of the soil!! I guess i scooped the other seed back into the cup. Now I would like to keep both of them, but idk what i should do. Should i dig one out and try to plant it in another cup of soil? or just let them grow? plz help!

If you don't separate them now it will be tougher later.. get another cup going for one of those seedlings.. you'll be glad you did

they will get tangled up pretty soon and 2 that close will just cause problems. If you try and separate then do it asap or kill the weaker of the 2. I've never had this problem but I would try and stick a piece of cardboard down between them and then try and take one side out and put it in its own cup. Just a suggestion, maybe someone else will chime in with more experience in this situation. I just know its a bad idea if you let them stay together.

Thanks guys. I went ahead and separated them, the roots were so small that it was pretty easy. Thanks again tho!!
