Hello all
I'm currently doing my first grow. Have some horrid conditions for these girls. Long story short, I don't see my self being to happy with the yeild from these plants:( I've still got alot of time till there done but not looking to good when compared with other grows, around the same age as mine. That being said I will never grow bagger seeds again

But the other plants
I've got 5 plants in veg, strain is unknown, but my friend gave them to me, something her and her bf have been breeding for a while. So hopefully it turns out good.
Any ways

The plants are about 5" tall got 5-6 nodes
stalks are already nice and fat
There about three weeks in veg
I topped 4 of them and lollipop 2 plan on mainlining one(didn't do any training on my current flowering plants)
Using a 50/50 perlite vermiculit mix,
Using advance nutrients: micro, grow, bloom, b-52 ( just got bud ignitor and big bud for flower time)
Also using botincare silica blast
Got then vegging under two t8s 6500k and two cfls 6500k
I plant to veg them for a couple more weeks under MH when my ballist is free.

But what are some things I could do to maxmize my yeild. I not trying pull an unhurd of number, I just want something to make more worth the while.
Oh I am also using600 MHfor a couple extra weeks of veg and 600hps flowering

lol So you're not even flowering yet and worried about yield? How can you even tell about yield by a veg plant? Some of my better yielding plants have kinda started slower.

No I'm not flowering the ones the I'm asking about, still vegging.
But I do have other plants flowering right now. They don't look like there not ganna be big a yeild, or vary good for that mater
I'm not even that worried about yeild, I think you guys are taking my question out of context.

I'm saying, that the plants that I have FLOWERING right now don't look good, I know they could of been better.
I was wondering if any one had any pointers, for the plants that are,not flowering on ways give a plant better potential,
Like I said in my first post.
I'm not lookin to pull an unhurd of number! I don't think ill be pullin a 1/2lb shit if be happy with maybe 1/4 lb
I'm just askin what are some ways to maxmize the potential of plant.
Not what you think I can pull,
Not how to magically make a plant grow 5lbs a plant
Just some tips
To make the next run better
Damn..

Just keep your roots healthy and grow the most amount of vegetation (leaves) possible and the plant will do the rest. There is no secret formula.

I'd rather not nut in my plants you can stick to that ... Get it stick eew

Thank you aimaim
The b-52 is supposed to be good for the roots, also the grow shop supply's a nice tea that is supposed to have good stuff for the roots aswell,
The ones vegging right now seem to have soom good roots needs the five gal transplant.
The foliage is nice and big an the internodes have got some nice growth on them too
Should I foler feed? If so,
Should I just use normal water, ph it, or add nutes?

The fucking thing says it man you just gotta read before you open your damn mouth

I have 5 dogs. I got them as puppies from a pound. I don't know what breed they are but they are small. They are not fully developed yet but I can tell they are not going to be big. I feed them steak along with fancy dog food. I just got 5 more dogs but I want them to be bigger. I already started them on steroids. What else can I do? You ever see a Maltese big as a mastiff?

Educate yourself. Simple as that. Be practical. It's a plant. Genetics play a huge role. All the information is out there, just out of context. Just because someone tells you a product or technique to use, doesn't make it ideal. Thing about growing is you can't keep throwing things and just expect things to be better.

Before you ask, "curing" can't fix shitty buds. Great buds are great regardless if you over dry or under cure.

Mix some promix in with your perlite and drop the vermiculite, 70% promix 30% perlite. Top them once or twice and dont do any mainlining, You shouldnt be lollipoping them until there in bloom and stretched.

Yield is based on many things. How many watts per square foot is your bloom room. What size pot are you going to bloom in? What is your temp's high and low in bloom room? Genetics plays a major part in yield...
