iwth a healthy dose of FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK!

set my alarm for 10:35, he turned up a few hours before that with 20 minutes notice. jumped into loft, unplugged all fans, lights, piled boxes and duvets and beanbags across the way etc, hid all totes soils etc, then ran around like a madman with a tin of airwick when i realised that without the extractor on my bedroom stank to high heaven of gange, issue ebing roof access is across my bed outta the window. so sat on the front porch in the snow chainsmoking till he arrived so i could talk him out of a highly detailed inspection before he was in the flat :P

as to a birthday present, persoanlly speaking, but bear in mind i'm a boring bastard, unless i've asked for something specific, then yeah, money for me, so i can buy something i need or want, as opposed to just accepting some random thing someone thinks you might like :P

girls are querky though, might want to throw some shoes or something in with the cash :P
 
cant go wrong with jewellery unless she doesnt wear that much?! my lass is dead easy handbags n shoes. idk lgp not dropping any hints?

get her a good quality 7/8 weight fly fishing rod, matching reel and 3 lines ;floating, sinking and intermediate. my birthdays in the summer just in case that was a bad suggestion.....buy her something but leave enuff money for her to go shopping with her friends!!!!do not go shopping with a woman, thats just asking for an argument in the high street. i used to do it but after a few public screaming matches i said fuck that and went to the pub, theory being "the longer you are sweetheart the drunker i'll be, so move ur arse or your carrying me home" bloody amazing how quickly they can buy an outfit when under the cosh!
 
haha, that's a brilliant way of getting her to chop chop :D and i have to say i only enjoy fishing wih dry lines, else it's rather boring and tedious. now i wouldn't mind float tubing :)

woo, let#s hear it for warmth for my babies, they were just not moving in the attic, like 58 degrees with the light on, u at 72 now :)

i actually got mine for £80 i believe, i ordered a different tent by being sneaky, but they didn't display it on their site because they didn't stock it, so they offered me the clone station in replacement for same price due to the "cock up" :lol: good thing tooo, i totally underanticipated the size of the tent and the space i had :)
