Speedy sounds good, although they don't have as large of variety as the tude but none the less they have a good selection of breeders. At least the ones I like the most.
the lack of selection seems to be because speedy will only stock greenhouses he deems worthy, wheras attitude will stock any and everything they can get their hands on i assume.

I am getting very interested in DWC, except the part about changing the entire res at a time. I though there were folks just topping with water and nutes. I know people did that with Lucas and did great.
yeah, i was reading into the lucas formular just yesterday but i'm gonna avoid it if i can. while it all sounds good, and can work no issues, if you give them a full feed week 1, of say 40ml and 10ml of that is K, well come the enxt week, it could have drunk all the minerals but left 5ml of K in the pot, which would rack up a certain EC reading. If you are able to tell that there is an abundance of K left after the week, then ideally you'd add feed with a lower K level to accomodate the plants lack of requirement and surplass still in the tub
, but as it is, it's sut regular feed that goes in meaning you now have an increase of K by 5ml meaning you're EC/PPM is being made up of large quantites of unneeded minerals and such.
as you say, shifting a 20L tote each week, and soon to be shifting 3, and then having 3 spare sets of water evaporating, it's a bit of hassle but seems to be a safe way to give your plants just what they're going to use.
nice man, i'm avidly watching this mate coz i'm gonna start building a set up within the next two weeks, how much and where did u get ur ec meter and what kinda nute set up do u use, i.e how much , what kind and how often?
i actually picked up all my kit from a local hydro store so it was slightly more expensive than say ebay by about £2 an item
i'm just running the canna Flora and vEga A and B with some PK and soon getting boost etc, basically canna's line. i have yet to bother doiung anything propperly, and figured that if 120ml of feed is full strength i'd just throw in 60ml on the first week and then second feeding i'd give full strength. never thought i'd be the one buying my plant food in 10L bulk
just checked my clones, was having some issue with the bubbles not quite getting the cubes wet, but they're mostly all standing up proudly again
