Tubing Setup Save One Fan And to Control Humi & Temp, Need Help On Gadget

Hey guys, due to a tight budget I can only afford 1 exhaust fan for my tent, so I wanna make it really effective for both humi&temp controlling and cooling the light. as you can see, my design is to build 2 intakes (A.B) on the inlet end of the exhaust fan, controlled by humi&temp monitor.

A: Intaking air from outside of the tent, meanwhile B is sealed by a flapper at the joint of A&B, the tent remains sealed for CO2 injection.

B: As humidity or temperature gradually raised up over each limit, humi&temp monitor powers up the flapper, it flaps over and seals A up, hot air and humidity run through B.

Here is the problem that I just can't find a product fits my need. Is there anyone able to build such a thing?? I think it wouldn't be very hard for some of you guys to make a flapper go back and forth by electricity, right??:hump:
Feel free to say anything even if you thought this idea is useless BS and completely impossible...:joint:

You can find at a local store some air valves both electric and manual operated, you can put them on a MMC or on programmable sockets. All that depends how tight your budget is and how handy you are as a person..
Another matter is: how are your plants going to breathe? 'Couse I can't see no intake for that in your scheme.
You are to think hard about the radiating heat of a 600w HPS in such a small place. Even with a cooltube, if you're not replacing the air inside every second, you got zero chances to grow something.
In these conditions, trust me, sealing the room for CO2 is your last problem. My suggestion is for you to reconsider the setup.
Don't take my word for it, just run some tests..

hey bro, I drew the pic as simple and quickly as I could so I even forgot to draw the lamp between the fan and the intakes, and sure I got another intake at the lower of the tent for breathing in fresh air. Your concern is probably right, but I don't think a 5'5'7' is too small for 600w while it is air cooled. anyway, I'll sure tun some tests before the final decision is made.
