How did he give power to the people? He let some people grow some plants sort of he didn't actually change the federal law. Pardoned a few people for drug charges. But he didn't actually do anything for the people except make health insurance less affordable and mandatory. That's treason IMO if I have an expensive medical condition I'd like the freedom to go to Mexico.
