Mmar or mmpr I think. But not sure.who knows what Schedule A and B are?
What exactly does time mean. I also received this email, which states "PLEASE CONFIRM RECEIPT OF THIS E-MAIL AND ATTACHED DOCUMENT(S), BY REPLY E-MAIL, WITHIN TWO (2) DAYS." What exactly am I required to do? I am a little confused. If I do not do anything, will I be in trouble?Looks like GoldStars are alive and moving forward? just got this in my email from the courts
DIRECTION
The Court requests the Defendant to provide written submissions within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Direction with respect to whether the above-noted matters (which were filed subsequent to the Amended Order dated July 9, 2014) should be designated to either Schedule A or Schedule B.
The submissions for each of these files may be filed as a single document.

just reply that you've received it.What exactly does time mean. That was covered by his last ruling iirc. Hc already has to address it with in 6 months. I want to not have to get renewed yearly and grow what I need not what a doc say I can have.I'm counting on address changes...
valid ATP's or notwho knows what Schedule A and B are?
Seems I'm on the newbie list, where am I now?the Crown has until Mar 25 to file their appeal for Allard. if no appeal then the GS move forward and that's for repeal!
i will be laughing when John Turmel does what the high and mighty CONroy and Co weren't able to do.
this will be great for John Turmel as CONroy decided to point out how John isn't a lawyer and had 16 people's actions dismissed for "no jurisdiction"..but it was CONroy who made the Allard action only for the 4 plaintiff's and CONroy only went after reinstating the MMAR.
the newbie list?Seems I'm on the newbie list, where am I now?
Am I included in goldstars action? What's the A and B?the newbie list?
that is for those who filed after the July 2014 decision.
You have a valid atp right? Think that makes your schedule a. If your atp lapsed or you never had one you'd be scheduled b.Seems I'm on the newbie list, where am I now?
This is cause for a shit storm. If we get injunction vary all MMAR should be valid and I'm sure that will happen before we hear from goldstars.if you filed and paid the $2, you're in.
i talked to John and he said the A & B are valid ATP or not valid ATP.
the Crown has 21 days to put us in those categories.
we don't have to do anything as we're the plaintiffs
Yup ATP lapsed but my PPL is fine. I can grow just can't harvest lolYou have a valid atp right? Think that makes your schedule a. If your atp lapsed or you never had one you'd be scheduled b.
Hmm I don't know which class you fall into then. Either way if you have your T-# you're in and will be included In the lawsuit. But as CONroy says, a sec 53 Dr note brings you back to valid if your PPL is valid...Jesus Murphy I'm lost.
