Yeah thats not normal. It could be a lot of things, can we get a pic of the damage?
Are the damaged buds in direct path of a fan?
Have you touched the buds? Feeding a lot of PK nutes? Have you checked for hermies?

It looks like some mold from rain drops/moisture build up.
Also this is my very first time growing so not sure if I did all the nutrients right

I am not an experienced outdoor grower, it would probably be best to ask in the plant problems or outdoor growing section.
There are multiple kinds of mold/rot, some are way worse than others. Yours looks minor.

Post the pic first, most outdoor growers have dealt with this I am sure.

Does it seem like it is spreading? Might have to remove the molded stuff, but not sure if fucking with the top bud would stunt/stress the plant. I would wait for some more opinions.
So far it’s just the very top buds

I see a couple strings of webbing. Check for spider mites.

if you make a thread in the 'marijuana plant problems' or 'newbie central' you will get a lot more attention for your issue. People check those areas to see who needs help, you are in 'general marijuana growing' and its not getting the input it should. Even try a thread in 'outdoor growing', mold and worms are a serious issue this time of year and there is a lot of discussion on it.
