Turning males into hermies

I thought since fucking up lighting on females can turn them hermie, do you think it could work with males? I dont have any male plants or anything, I was just curious if anybody has any knowledge on it. It just crossed my mind and I wanted to know if it might be possible. It could be a good way to make something out of nothing.

no. male plants do not grow buds.

I mean i know males dont grow buds but if you can have a female plant start to grow balls i figured it might be possible to make a male grow some pistils and start budding. I never knew if hermies grew anything worth smoking or people just throw em out because they dont want them contaminating their grow area. I know any buds you would have would be seedy as hell.

that isn't what he asked, i dont think..?

ive read some plants have but most people dont grow males long enough to find out i dont know man try it out and let us know that would be cool though

yeah i feel like if i got one i could probably just take it out of the grow area and mess with it under normal lights then maybe put it outside in the summer or something. it would be a fun experiment
